4 Week Intro to Pole Series
Have you been curious about pole fitness? Want to learn what this fitness craze that has women all over the world doing? Well look no further! Pole fitness burns anywhere between 800-1000 calories in just 1 hour. In our 4 Week Intro to Pole Fitness Series you willl learn the fundamentals of pole fitness. You learn how to walk around the pole , use the pole as a prop, pole fitness spins, poses and pole sits. This class will be loads of fun and will give you an awesome workout at the same time! This will be a small class in order to maximize learning and skill. The class will only hold 8 ladies. The workshop starts on Saturday April 20th and will meet weekly on Saturdays at 5PM. The dates are as follows: April 20th, April 27th, May 4th, May 11th
